Our mission is to provide intensive, evidence-based treatment that is integrated into a broader network of health and social services. Strong relationships with community partners promote the provision of state-of-the-art mental health care for the communities we serve.
Osler's mental health team is committed to providing high quality treatment, tailored to the individual needs of outpatients. Our treatment team is composed of behavioural consultants, a crisis intervention worker, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists, psychiatrists, psychologists, recreation therapists, and social workers.
Referrals
Referrals to our programs are accepted from adult inpatient unit by Osler psychiatrists, affiliated family physicians, and community organizations.
